Full Moon Ceremony & Soundbath: Reciprocity and Freedom

For this Full Moon Rite, we celebrate the energies for the month of Uei Tecuilhuitl, 6/22-7/11. During this month, the ancient Central Mexicans observed a feast to Xilonen (goddess of the tender maize). All men and women were fed and gave comfort to those in need. Our Full Moon Ceremony and journeys will explore the connection with reciprocity and our freedoms from and freedom to.

We start with shamanic breathwork and trance journeys to  work with the sacred energies of the Full Moon. Once we cleansed and revitalized ourselves with shamanic breathwork, explored the sacred meanings of the full moon and full rites, everyone will be lie down and receive the healing vibrations from a sound bath. The sound bath will include crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and medicine songs providing a lush soundscape for deep meditative journeying and melodies to open the heart.

In this ceremony, you will:

• Connect and Manifest with the Magic of the Full Moon
• Learn a traditional Mesoamerican Full Moon Rite
• Receive vibrational healing through sound baths and icaros (medicine songs)
• Engage in shamanic breathwork that focus on an area of the body & the benefits of working on this area of the body
• Explore Ancient Mesoamerican Indigenous magic, wisdom, traditions, and rites concerning the Full Moon

What’s needed:
• Something to lie down on: yoga mat or small blanket
