Full Moon Soundbath: Manifestation and Rebirth

For this Full Moon Rite, we honor the energies of this month, Atl Caualo (2/2-2/21, ceasing of water). For this month, the Central Mexican indigenous peoples celebrated a feast to Tllaloc (male, rain deity) and Chalchiuhtlicue (female water deity). Special offerings and petitions were made for a fruitful and fortunate year. Our Full Moon Ceremony will integrate these traditions.

We start with shamanic breathwork and trance journeys to  work with the sacred energies of the Full Moon. Once we cleansed and revitalized ourselves with shamanic breathwork, explored the sacred meanings of the full moon and full rites, everyone will be lie down and receive the healing vibrations from a sound bath. The sound bath will include crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and medicine songs providing a lush soundscape for deep meditative journeying and melodies to open the heart.

In this ceremony, you will:

• Connect and Manifest with the Magic of the Full Moon
• Learn a traditional Mesoamerican Full Moon Rite
• Receive vibrational healing through sound baths and icaros (medicine songs)
• Engage in shamanic breathwork that focus on an area of the body & the benefits of working on this area of the body
• Explore Ancient Mesoamerican Indigenous magic, wisdom, traditions, and rites concerning the Full Moon

• Something to lie down on: yoga mat or small blanket
